Eureka Valley Art Camps

Eureka Valley Arts is a neighborhood art studio that provides an opportunity for children and families to cultivate their creative development in an exciting and educational environment. The studio is a large open space with an abundance of natural light, making it a great place to learn and play. They offer an after school program, parent/child interactive classes, summer camp, adult classes and special events, and a wide range of art projects to choose from all year long.

Children’s Day School

Children’s Day School is offering nine weeks of summer camp from June 13 to August 12, open to both Children’s Day School and community students. CDS Summer Camp is open to as the entire community, in addition to all current and incoming CDS students. For preschool, community students must be four years or older to attend.

CDS Summer Camp 2016 offers the following programs:

Preschool Summer Camp
Elementary Camp
Elementary Academic Camp
Middle School Summer Camp

Asian Arts Studio Summer Camps

As of August 1, 2015, Asian Arts School’s new location is 2101 Taraval Street, San Francisco, CA 94116 (on the corner of Taraval Street and 31st Avenue).

The principal daily session for summer camp is from 8:30 to till 3:00pm. The activities include:
– Drawing;
– Painting (watercolor or Chinese brush painting);
– Chinese calligraphy;
– Reading, writing and speaking Mandarin;
– Poetry and song in Mandarin;
– Drama activities; and
– Group dancing

Destination Art Summer Camps

For the past ten years, Destination Art has been one of the few places in the Bay Area to offer drop-in year-round camps for children. With the exception of a couple of holidays, we are open whenever private and public schools are closed throughout the year. We also welcome children whose families are visiting or traveling from out of town.

Below is the summer camp schedule for June, July and August, available to all ages unless otherwise specified. The times and activities may vary slightly from day to day.

MONDAYS
8am – 9.00am~ Early Bird before camp program, Studio is open for early drop-off. Play and basic art projects offered.

9.00am -12.30pm ~ Paper and Paint, fine art paint techniques.

9.30am – 10.15 ~ Yoga with Anita. 2nd – 5th grade.

10.15am -11.am~ Yoga with Anita. Pre-sch -1st grade continue reading…
